  • Schools, hospitals, airports and other buildings
  • Sewage systems and water treatment facilities
In your community:

On the road to self-sufficiency and self-government, the skills of Native civil engineers will be needed to solve problems related to the community's infrastructure.

Does your community need clean water or paved roads? How about homes, a school or hospital? As a civil engineer you could study the needs of your community and come up with solutions which build for the future while respecting the past.
