Physics

engineering science - physics

Engineering physicists use physics in engineering. They work in power production, astronomy, and the design of spacecraft.

Examples

As an engineering physicist you could:

  • Help design new wireless communications systems, like smaller smart phones or new Bluetooths
  • Figure out how to use nuclear energy in better ways
  • Design solar wings for deep space vehicles.

In your community

Can't imagine what an engineering physicist would do in your community? Who better to get youth excited about the potential of physics than someone who knows all about where it can lead!
